We started off in what seemed like a new ocean. At 0200 we had smooth seas and a few nice schools to stop on before day break. We scored a few 60-180 pounders on the Flat-Falls. After the sun came up we noticed a few good breezers and made for a nice long drift picking away at Bluefin 20-50 pounds. Later in the afternoon we were chasing some decent bird schools but were only able to scratch a handful of those fish. Once dark came around we had until midnight to try for more but they did not bite. All in all we had a fun time fishing with some great people aboard the Royal Polaris and on top of that we had Roy Rose putting us on some very nice fish!
