We had an excellent first day of fishing. As soon as we arrived it was wide open fishing on 20-30 pound yellowfin tuna. After we started to lose horsepower and people had what they wanted we repositioned and had a steady pick on 13-15 pound yellowtail with a few standouts. We also picked up a a few bluefin, some dorado and a grouper. We’ll be trying for bigger baits tonight and fishing yellowtail and grouper tomorrow.
