We worked up today in beautiful weather and enjoyed a nice barbecue for dinner courtesy of our friends Tony and Steve. Attached are a few more photos from yesterday’s excellent yellowtail fishing. We’ll be in the bluefin area tomorrow.

We enjoyed an excellent morning of yellowtail fishing. Most of the fish weighed 14-16 pounds with the occasional 20-30 pounder. We also picked up one 25 pound yellowfin tuna. By lunch time we had what we needed and began working up to get into position to try for bluefin. We had a good stop late…

We spent our day traveling down in beautiful weather. We had a tackle seminar in the morning and then the crew spent the rest of the day getting the passengers rigged up for tomorrow’s fishing. Wish us luck!

After a quick turn around this morning we departed on our Rice Bowl Limited 6 day trip. We are currently traveling south in beautiful weather.

Had some fun daytime action! It wasn’t easy to come by bitting fish but we fished hard and managed several nice bluefin tuna. We saw great sign this afternoon and plan on fishing the same area tonight.

We travelled all afternoon into the fishing area. We scratched away and managed 12 nice bluefin in the dark to start things off. We will now be trying today around the same area.
